Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at ellalacestore@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Expenses

 


We understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience. If you decide to return any items, kindly bear in mind that the shipping expenses will be your responsibility. For our customers’ convenience, we are pleased to inform you that we have a return warehouse situated in Europe - Belgium, and we accept returns from all around the world. We will guide you with the specific address of our return warehouse upon initiating a return request.

 


 

 

Restocking Fee

 


A shipping fee of 10 USD will be charged to return the items.

 


 

 

Damages and Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

 

Automatic Resend Policy

 


If a package returns to our warehouse, we automatically send it back to the customer without extra cost. This covers the usual cases where the package wasn’t picked up or an address issue occurred, which usually happens on the customer’s side. We sort this out for you without extra cost. If there’s an issue with the item received, you can of course intentionally return it for a refund as per our return policy.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


For the hygiene and safety of our customers, certain items are deemed non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:

 

  • Briefs, panties, and thongs.

  • Hosiery including stockings, sockings, and tights.

  • Adhesive bras and certain lingerie accessories.

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
